Vehixly Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vehixly mobile application and related services (“Vehixly,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Vehixly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Vehixly is operated by Vehixly Inc., a Delaware C Corporation.
Vehixly is available to users of all ages within the United States. By using the app, you represent that you reside in the U.S. and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
To use certain features, you must create an account using:
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You may delete your account at any time through the app.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. Banned users cannot appeal.
Vehixly allows users to post vehicles for sale and communicate with potential buyers.
Users may post vehicles for sale. Listings are provided as-is by users. Vehixly does not verify the accuracy, condition, ownership, or legitimacy of any listing.
Non-Pro users must pay a $5 listing fee per vehicle. Vehixly Pro subscribers may post vehicles without additional listing fees.
Vehixly provides in-app messaging between buyers and sellers. Vehixly does not monitor conversations but may review content if required for safety or legal compliance.
Vehixly uses artificial intelligence to analyze vehicle photos and provide insights.
Vehixly may incorporate data from external sources, including the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
External data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Vehixly does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any safety or reliability information.
Payments are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store in-app purchases, managed via RevenueCat.

Vehixly does not offer refunds for any purchases or subscriptions.
Vehixly does not offer free trials.
Vehixly uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Personalized ads are not enabled. Vehixly does not engage in third-party tracking beyond what is required for basic ad delivery.
Users may upload photos, descriptions, and messages. You agree not to upload or share:
Vehixly reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.
Vehixly Inc. owns all rights to in-app content, branding, logos, and design assets. Users retain rights to their own uploaded content.
AI-Generated Insights: Users may reuse or share AI-generated insights outside the app.

Vehixly is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
Strict Liability Disclaimer: Vehixly is not responsible for any damages whatsoever, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use of the app, AI insights, marketplace listings, or any interactions with other users. You use Vehixly entirely at your own risk.
Vehixly may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the app at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
